Delivery info – read too please.
What if my order is confiscated/seized?
Please wait at least 4 weeks, from the ship date, before contacting us about non-arrival of an order. If the order has been detained and confiscated by foreign customs please contact our Support Center and we will reship it immediately. All packages have tracking numbers. Seizure letter is required only in few cases.
Where are your items shipped from?
We ship from central Europe.
Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
We can ship to all P.O. Boxes with no problem.
How do you wrap your packages?
All our packages are carefully and discretely wrapped, not to give any indication as to the contents inside.
When will my order arrive?
It depends on your location,
to USA: 8-15 days.
to Europe: 3-5 days.
Is it safe to order from my country?
Yes, it’s if you’re not from following countries ( we do not offer guaranteed delivery to this countries ) :
NZ, Canada, Australia, Norway, Sweden
What’s the price price ?

Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes, we do on your request.
When will you send my order?
We ship orders usually after few days after we receive payment, please don’t ask us when your order will be shipped – we work really hard for order to be shipped as soon as possible.
Payment
How do I change my payment method for my current order?
The payment method cannot be changed once the order has been submitted. You can place a new order and select your preferred payment method again ( if another payment methods are available )
How do I know if my money transfer has been received?
With Bank Wire we will update your order status to ” preparation in progress ” it means we’re already working on your order.
How long does Bank Wire take ?
Usually 2-4 business days.
What payment do you accept?
We accept Bank Wire (Bank Transfer) as payment. Bank Transfer can be easily done via your Online Banking or personaly in the bank.
VISA is accepted in special cases – mostly for USA and UK customers.
If your order status is still ‘Pending’ and you haven’t completed payment for the order, then we can add items to your order, if such items are available. You must wait for us to confirm the items have been added before you complete payment.
If your order is ‘Processing’ then we cannot add anything to your order, or make ANY amendments whatsoever!
WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!

EUROPEAN BASED SUPPLIER!
All orders are shipped from within the EUROPE! We are open 7 days a week, but we only ship orders between Monday to Friday (working days).
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 4 WORKING DAY AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED!
We cannot be held accountable if incorrect or insufficient shipping information was provided. Be sure there are no Typing Errors or mistakes. Once your order is confirmed you CAN NOT change or request for it to be shipped to a different address.
We ship to ALL international destinations and provide all international customers with tracking numbers, provided you have selected the tracked option.
Depending on your location you can expect to receive your order anywhere between 1-12 working days. Below is an estimate of how long you will wait once your order has been shipped (excluding busy holiday periods):
UK: 1 working day.
Western Europe: 3-7 working days
Eastern Europe: 3-5 working days
USA East Coast: 7-15 working days
USA West Coast: 7-20 working days
Canada: 5-26 working days
South America: 7-10 working days
Australia: 5-12 working days

In the very unlikely event that your package get seized, we will always re-ship your order again for FREE as long as the official confiscation notice is sent to us. Without a seizure letter we can’t reship the package due to many fraud attempts we received in past. Please, keep in mind we’re not responsible for postal service losses or delays.
No reship policy for: NZ, Australia, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Canada, Australia.
PLEASE DO NOT ASK IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YET! YOUR ORDER STATUS WILL BE UPDATED TO ”SHIPPED” ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING NOTIFICATION EMAIL. AFTER THIS POINT WE DO NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ORDER!
PAYMENTS:
PAYMENT SUBMISSIONS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 48 HOURS!
Do not place an order unless you intend to complete payment within 48 hours.
Once you have received payment instructions you will have 48 hours to complete your payment. If the order remains unpaid after 48 hours we may cancel your order at any time. If this happens then you will need to reorder, at which point there is a possibility that not all of the products you had originally ordered are still in stock.
We are very lenient with this 48 hour rule, if you feel you might need extra time to complete your payment then you can simply contact us asking for extra time and we will grant you an extra 48 hours.
WE CURRENTLY ACCEPT BITCOIN AND BANK TRANSFER!
Both very easy and discreet payments. Our banks are located in Europe so sending money to our bank account is usually very fast and cheap.
MINIMUM ORDER?
There is NO minimum order! You can order as much or as little as you like from us!
I advise ALWAYS using your real information when paying. In any event a payment issue arises, chances are you will not be able to get refunded if you purchased under a fake alias.
No, your package will look no different if you were to order off any online website i.e. Amazon, Ebay etc. We take great pride in your security as well as our own. We also offer a ‘Stealth’ shipping option (recommended for international customers).
